PRESIDENT MUHAMMAD BUHARI’S EARLY LIFE

President Muhammad Buhari was born on 17, December 1942, in his home town Daura, Katsina State Nigeria, his father, Hardo Adamu die when Buhari was just 4 years of age, so he was raised my his mother.
President Muhammad Buhari was the twenty third child of this father, he was raised in a large family.

PRESIDENT MUHAMMAD BUHARI’S EDUCATION

The former head of State, attend Katsina Model School, it was know as Katsina Provincial Secondary School then during the time, Buhari was admitted.

Buhari join the military when he was just 19 years of age, he attended Nigeria Military Training College (NMTC) now known as Nigerian Defense Academy.

President Muhammad Buhari proceed to the Mons Officer Cadet School in Aldershot England.

PRESIDENT MUHAMMAD BUHARI’S MILITARY SERVICE

The former head of State, Muhammad Buhari was involved in the military coup in 1975, that ousted Yakubu Gowon, he was also appointed as the military governor of Northern Eastern state (currently Borno State).
Not too long, he was appointed by General Olusegun Obasanjo , as the federal commissioner for petroleum resources, Olusegun Obasanjo was the successor of General Muritala Muhammad which was the successor of General Yakubu Gowon, after his assassination in 1976.

In 1977, Muhammad Buhari was the secretary at the Supreme Military Headquarters, Buhari return as a army when the civilian take over the government in 1979.
Shehu Shagari was the was elected as the president then, but gbe economic and corrupt politician led to another miliary coup which Muhammad Buhari overthrow the president Shehu Shagari and he became the new head of State alongside Tunde Idiagbo.

MUHAMMAD BUHARI AS A MILITARY HEAD OF STATE IN NIGERIA

When General Muhammad Buhari get to power, he deal with the corrupt politician and he make sure he jail most of them, his regime launch “War Against Indiscipline”, this program was created to promote positive value in Nigeria during his period as a military head of State, but his regime did not last long before General Ibrahim Babangida took over the government on 27, August 1985, and General Muhammad Buhari was detained in Benin City.

He was later released in 1988.

President Muhammad Buhari was married to Safinatu Yusuf in 1971, she later divorce her in 1988, he marry Aisha the following year.
Aisha Buhari is a businesswoman before he join politics with his husband.

President Muhammad Buhari has 10 children both from Safinatu Yusuf and Aisha, his children include Yusuf Buhari, Zarah Buhari, (she got married to a billionaire son from Borno recently). and others.

President Muhammad Buhari contest in the
2003 presidential election he loss to the incumbent President Olusegun Obasanjo, he also content in 2007 presidential election, he loss to Umaru Musa Yar’ Adua.
President Muhammad Buhari also contest in the 2011 presidential election he loss to PDP’s Goodluck Ebele Jonathan, later in 2015, during this period the Islamic miliary group known as Boko Haram is disturbing the peace of Nigerians and also most of Nigerian politician are corrupt, Muhammad Buhari promote to brought peace to Nigeria and also fight corruption this was the reason why Nigerians vote for him massively and Muhammad Buhari won the 2015 president election under the All Progressive Congress (APC). with over 2.5 millions vote higher than his counterpart Goodluck Ebele Jonathan.

President Muhammad Buhari was inauguration as the president of Federal Republic Of Nigeria and Professor Yemi Osinbajo as the Vice President on May 29, 2015 in Abuja the nationals capital.

PRESIDENT MUHAMMAD BUHARI’S PRESIDENCY

Under Muhammad Buhari’s administration, Nigeria fall into economic recession in 2016, because of different reasons including the low revenue from oil sales, later in 2018 Nigeria recover from economic recession but most of Nigerians still living extreme poverty, Nigeria was ranked as the poverty capital of the whole world despite having more than enough mineral resources, including crude oil, gold, steel, good land for agriculture, thousands of tourism site and other resources.

President Muhammad Buhari was re-elcted in 2019 presidential election although Atiku Abubakar of The People Democratic Party PDP is still claiming the winner of the election and the case was still in court when writing this article, no body knows what may happen after the case.
